Over the course of five monthly Zoom meetings, participants will explore key concepts from Abe Wagner’s work — including The Transactional Manager — while discussing real organizational cases, leadership dynamics, communication patterns, and practical TA application in professional settings.
This is not a traditional training program. It is a living dialogue between generations of TA practitioners — designed to preserve experience, deepen professional identity, and support the next generation of leaders in Transactional Analysis.
