The Loneliness Script

Join Marcia Guimaraes, LCMHC, TAAP,  for this online workshop as she explores loneliness through the lens of Transactional Analysis (TA). Participants will examine the difference between being alone and feeling lonely and explore how ego states, strokes, life scripts, and relational patterns can influence our experience of connection. Through discussion and reflection, participants will gain practical ways to understand and approach loneliness from a TA perspective.
