I am a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA) member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). Earning that certification in 1980 I went on to complete my Ph.D. with a research dissertation in Ego Functioning. Now, also, I am a Transactional Analysis Practitioner Instructor (TAPI) in NATAA..

NATAA Membership and Function

I am a Transactional Analysis Instructor (TAPI) in NATAA. I contribute to the work of the NATAA Coordinating Council in areas of membership, communications and organizational development.

Other Affiliation

After 25 years work as a psychotherapist and coach, I joined the Center for Creative Leadership where I served as a Senior Faculty, designing and delivering experiential training to over 4,000 leaders and managers, as well as serving in several management roles, conducting research, and publishing. Upon retirement I was honored as a Senior Fellow. I still contribute to the Center's valuable work when opportunities arise.

Type of Work

I now focus on teaching and coaching people on how to apply TA theory and methods in education, psychotherapy and counseling, coaching, and organizations and leadership, and life skills. That training meets the requirements for all three levels of NATAA Transactional Analysis Practitioner certification.

Work Description

I offer adults a range of learning experiences via Zoom. All of them combine content presentations with experiential learning activities to help learners integrate TA concepts and tools into their existing frame of reference and work/personal life.
