TA Talks are a gift from IESA. This is an audio resource for increasing public awareness of social problems using the TA lens and the current state of knowledge in psychology. The TA Talks also focus on evoking empathy and help toward overpowered people.Â
In Memory of Bob Hempel – Click to hear audio by Dr. Inna including tributes from the members of the IESA Interest Group.
Bob was one of the founders of the Inclusion, Equity, and Social Action interest group, then called the Social Justice Committee in North America Transactional Analysis Association. He was a consistent, determined advocate and cheerleader for the online education provided by Project TA-101. His enduring care for our global community and strong emphasis on equity continues to inform NATAA and IESA. The IESA group members are grateful for his enduring love and friendship over the last decade of his life.
The following audio talk by Dr. Inna with help from Susan Eccles is an example of how we respond when someone is being marginalized in public.
