Join this intimate professional development circle with Abe Wagner, TSTA-O and founding member of NATAA. Learn directly from one of the most respected voices in Organizational Transactional Analysis!

Over five monthly Zoom meetings, participants explore key concepts from Abe Wagner’s work — including The Transactional Manager — while discussing real organizational cases, leadership dynamics, communication patterns, and practical TA application in professional settings.

This is not a traditional training program. It is a living dialogue between generations of TA practitioners — designed to preserve experience, deepen professional identity, and support the next generation of leaders in Transactional Analysis.

About Abe Wagner:

Abe Wagner, a TSTA in the Organizational field and a founding member of NATAA, has more than 45 years of international Transactional Analysis work. He has spoken in all 50 U.S. states and 36 countries, sharing practical, engaging TA applications with audiences around the world. Abe is the author of The Transactional Manager and Say It Straight or You’ll Show It Crooked, both widely used resources for communication and leadership development. His contributions to the global TA community earned him the prestigious Muriel James & Mary Goulding Award for the promotion of TA worldwide.

Program Structure:
• 5 monthly 2 hour Zoom sessions
• Maximum 12 participants (preserve the depth quality of the group process)
• Hours may count toward TAAP, CTA, and other TA certifications

Do you ever encounter challenging cases, moments of self‑doubt, or situations you wish you could unpack with colleagues who truly understand the work? And of course, receive encouragement, validation, and a few well‑deserved strokes along the way. If this resonates, we’d love to have you join Together in Practice, a peer‑supervision group created especially for helping professionals.

What to expect:

• A safe, respectful space to explore difficult client situations while honoring ethical boundaries.
• Peer support from colleagues who are ready to listen, reflect, and share their perspectives.
• Thoughtful exploration of professional challenges — because all of us, at times, question our direction or feel unsure about next steps in practice.
• Exchange of experience, tools, and resources, including practical techniques and literature that may enrich your work.

Open to practitioners at all levels who want to deepen their reflection, broaden their professional horizons, and feel part of a community of like‑minded peers. Our intention is to create a warm, safe, respectful, and genuinely supportive environment for everyone.

Free for all NATAA members, with the first visit is free for non‑members who would like to experience the group and learn more about NATAA and TA. We encourage anyone curious about TA or our community to take part.

Instructors are invited to join us at any time — whether as volunteers or participants. Your presence enriches the learning experience and strengthens the sense of community we are building together.

• Psychologist, Certified Family and Couple Therapist
• Certified Practitioner, Trainer and Supervisor in Personality Focused Treatment (PFT)® based on the Six Core Personality Adaptations
• Certified Practitioner in Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET)®

Monthly meetings via Zoom are ~ 90 minutes. Group limited to 10–12 participants to ensure everyone has space for their questions and reflections.

We are delighted to invite you to our TA English Inclusive Interest Group! This group is designed especially for our members in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and other countries who are non-native English speakers. We want to create a warm, supportive space to discuss Transactional Analysis in English, and everyone is welcome. We hold meetings monthly via Zoom. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 12, so be sure to reserve your spot!

Participation is free of charge for all NATAA members. As a special welcome, the first visit will also be free for non-members who would like to experience the group. We warmly encourage anyone curious about TA and our community to join us for this opportunity!
